[Jenkins]Url is blocked: Requests to localhost are not allowed

问题描述

GitLab默认不允许本机URL进行WebHook连接，发现是GitLab默认关闭了本机连接

问题解决

1. 登录管理员账户
2. 进入Configure GitLab -> Settings -> Network，允许local network进行web hooks and services请求
3. 保存修改
